What we collect
Account information you give us (name, email, password), the review funnels you build (business name, logo, brand color, questions, Google review link), and submissions made through your funnels (ratings, answers, review drafts, and private feedback, with an optional first name).
How we use it
To run the service: authenticate you, host your funnels, generate review drafts from customer answers, show you analytics, and process subscription payments. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
AI processing
Customer answers are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to generate the review draft the customer asked for. Drafts are stored so you can see what your funnel produced.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers — Stripe shares only the subscription status we need to run your plan.
Google Maps Platform
Our administrative Client Finder may process public business listing information provided by Google Maps Platform for prospect research. Google processes requests according to its own privacy policy.
Google Privacy PolicyData retention & deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. Deleting a funnel deletes its submissions; to delete your account and all associated data, contact us and we'll take care of it.
