The service
Five Star Hype provides branded review funnels that help your customers write and post Google reviews based on their own answers. You're responsible for the content of your funnels and for having the right to use any logo or branding you upload.
Honest reviews only
The service is built for genuine customer feedback. You agree not to use it to solicit fake reviews, review your own business, offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews, or otherwise violate Google's review policies. Customers always control what they post, and all ratings retain access to your public review link.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. Plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe and can be canceled anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
No spam, no unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or harm other users.
Google Maps Platform
Administrative features may display business information supplied by Google Maps Platform. Your use of that information is also subject to Google's applicable terms.

The service is provided as-is. We don't guarantee a specific number of reviews, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
